Peter Robertson's Platinum label is reserved for his very top-tier, Merlot-dominant wines, with the 2014 Highland only the fifth to be released since 1989. It is a celebration of a superb Hawkes Bay vintage. Opulent and inviting fragrances and flavours of black fruits and plums are garnished with new French and American oak, vanillin and spice. You could drink it now, but it will continue to develop for another 8-10 years.
