Fruit for this wine was sourced from the Mound Vineyard in the Waipara Valley. Aromas of fresh cut apple, green melon and a touch of honey and fresh ginger lead to a rich mouth filling palate. Generous fruit flavours combined with crisp vibrant acidity provide a refreshing finish. Matched well with a fresh summer salad.
