The premium Pinot Noir from Akarua, The Siren is deep ruby red in colour. The nose is extremely fragrant with vibrant florals, liquorice and mocha notes. A fruited mid-palate which is textural and has complex red and dark fruits complimented by hints of oak spice and fine tannins. The finish is long and balanced. Match with meat and game.
