It displays aromas of fresh citrus, currantleafand herbal notes on the nose, while the vibrant palate displays green apple, pinkgrapefruit, sweet lime and capsicum flavours all perfectly balanced with just a touch ofzesty minerality; leading to a pure and focused dry finish.
