Collection Chardonnay 2023

A fresh looking Chardonnay with pale straw colour and green tinges to the hue. The bouquet abounds with appealing toasted oak influences, pure ripley scented citrus and crunchy stone fruit characters. Embellished with layers of flavour from extended time on yeast lees and creamyness from full MLF all wrapped around a smooth textural mid palate with a crisp, lingering finish. Generous and flavoursome but with balance and grace. Will accompany your seafood, white meats and salads perfectly.
