Robert Parker, 93+/100: "The 2005 Clos des Goisses impresses for its energy, focus and cut. The 2005 isn’t a huge Goisses, rather it is a Champagne that stands out for its

tension, something that is quite rare in this vintage. Graphite, yellow stone fruits, slate, minerals and tropical-infected overtones appear on the finish, adding further complexity and nuance with a dash of exoticism just to round things out. I will not be surprised if the 2005 blossoms into an even more complete Champagne with further time in bottle. This is the second vintage made in the new winery, which has allowed for better control of temperature and other variables." - AG
