Zero Brut Nature NV

Tarlant's main style, made from equal portions of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with the current base from 2007, 2006 and 2004 vintages. There is no malolactic fermentation and no dosage. Despite being technically bone-dry, this is a rich and complex wine with amazing length.
