State-of-the-art boutique champagne from A-lister grower champagne producer. A fresh, citrusy style showing less oak than the rest of the Giraud range. All the Giraud wines have a similar 8mg/L dosage level. While the Giraud reputation rests on its Pinot Noir, to add a little lightness to the Brut NV, there's 30% Chardonnay in this blend. A fresh, citrusy style with less oak influence than the rest of the range and 5% of the reserve wines barrel fermented.
